Gerarden Fabrication and Design started in a small garage attached to the home of Amy and Codey Gerarden in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A licensed and certified welder with an artistic eye, Codey Gerarden returned to college to earn an Associate Degree in Prototype and Design. Meanwhile, Amy earned a business management degree. Together, they poured their hearts into crafting custom, vintage, rustic, and modern-industrial furniture. As demand grew for their furniture, they expanded into a finished basement and eventually a 2,000 sq ft industrial property.

Since opening in 2016, Gerarden Fabrication and Design doubled its shop space twice, growing to a staff of six craftsmen. Our collegiate-trained team studied under master furniture makers to earn degrees in Prototype & Design.

In 2022, Gerarden Fabrication and Design expanded its furniture-making capabilities to include metal laser services. The versatile laser is ideal for metal fabrication and manufacturing applications. With a 60 X 120-inch cutting envelop, the laser makes quick, precise cuts in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
