At Gerarden Fabrication & Design, we pour our expertise and passion into every custom piece we build. Whether it is a specialized media console, a custom bar, or a dining table, your project is uniquely handcrafted to your exact specifications.
Cancellations & Returns Because of the highly personalized nature of our work, your deposit acts as the green light for our shop. The moment a deposit is placed, we immediately begin procuring the premium hardwoods and structural steel required for your build and dedicating specialized labor hours to your project. Because these high-quality materials and shop hours are allocated exclusively to your custom design, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or process cancellations once a deposit has been made.
We encourage you to review all dimensions, material choices, and design specifications carefully with our team after making your deposit to ensure everything is exactly as you envision.
Transit & Delivery Damage We take immense pride in our fabrication and take every precaution to ensure your furniture travels safely from our Green Bay shop directly to your space. However, we know the unexpected can happen on the road.
If your piece arrives with any damage sustained during transit, please document the damage and notify us immediately. We fully stand behind our work and will happily replace the damaged piece so that the final product in your space is nothing short of flawless.
